This bundle acts as a small data booster to cover your data needs until the end of the month. Once you reach 90% of data usage, Epic will inform you via SMS that your inclusive data is reaching its limit. You will then be given the choice of activating the Data Booster that corresponds to your plan.

Epic announces that the functionality of sending and receiving SMS through Mobile Broadband plans, is enabled.

1.These Service Terms are supplementary to the Subscription Agreement for Mobile Telephony Services and together govern the provision of Subscription to Mobile Broadband Plans (the “Service”) by Epic Ltd (“Epic”) to the Subscriber.
2.The Agreement for the Service is on a month by month basis, is valid from the date the Subscriber receives the SIM card and the full use of the data is made available from the beginning of the relevant calendar month.
3.The Agreement can be terminated at any time provided that if it is terminated after the beginning of a calendar month, the full price of the monthly fee will be charged.
4.The Service is an internet access service by Εpic’s mobile network. The Service is provided via a SIM card which can be purchased from Epic. The SIM card can be used on any device supporting internet access such as for example: phones, tablets, laptops, Mi-Fi, LTE security cameras (“the Device”) which may require internet access. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that their Device (including the necessary software updates and installations required) is compatible with the Service.
5.Any SMS messages sent via the SIM card, which are not included in a Subscription Plan, will be charged in accordance with the out-of-bundle SMS charges set out in Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy).
6.The offered plans and prices are available in Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy).
7.The Subscriber shall pay the connection fee each time service is activated, as notified on Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy).
8.Any unused data volume remaining at the end of a calendar month cannot be transferred to the next month. Data sessions are charged at 2KB steps.
9.On entering into the Agreement, the Subscriber shall enter into a Subscription Plan as set out in the latest Contract Summary issued to the Subscriber.
10.The Subscriber may change from one Subscription Plan to another mobile broadband plan (upgrade or downgrade) without any notice and without any need to terminate the existing Subscription Plan.
11.The Subscription Plan of 100GB and above include a fair usage policy as set out in Epic’s website, after which the speed is throttled.
12.The Service is inclusive of the data volume offered with each plan and its use is possible within the Republic of Cyprus under Epic’s network and within the EU and/or EEA countries. Epic shall provide international roaming facility when the Subscriber is visiting foreign countries and uses foreign networks with which Epic has signed an international roaming agreement, unless otherwise agreed between Epic and the Subscriber.
13.Epic implements the EU regulation on international roaming data in order to protect Subscribers, under which the Subscriber is alerted as soon as the bill reaches the Plan purchased and data roaming is blocked. The Subscriber may increase the roaming data limit on demand by purchasing Data Booster based on the options available as per the subscription plan chosen. The charges and available options are available on Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy).
14.Each Subscription Plan entails specific data usage while the Subscriber is visiting a foreign country which is available on Epic’s website (www.epic.com.cy). To clarify, if the Subscriber reaches this limit, it is irrelevant if he/she purchases additional roaming data as it will already be above that limit so please review the available roaming data for each Plan prior visiting abroad.
15.In accordance with the “Roam Like At Home” Regulation, a fair usage policy applies, for Mobile Broadband 50GB/100GB/400GB (for Business customers only) with a 19GB/28GB/44GB limit respectively on the volume of data the Subscriber can use for free while roaming within the EU. After reaching the above limit, the Subscriber is notified accordingly and cannot use data while on roaming until the end of the month. The Subscriber has the option to continue using data at additional charges (roaming charges apply) if the specific facility has been activated at an Epic store or by calling 136.
1. The Subscriber must use Epic’s services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. This plan is designed for use in devices which can use all plan benefits. Epic monitors Subscribers’ use of the Services to identify whether a Subscriber uses the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions and Epic’s policies and to monitor network performance. Epic may implement measures to manage the traffic across its network in exceptional circumstances (i) to prevent impending network congestion and/or (ii) to mitigate the effects of any exceptional or temporary network congestion and/or (iii) to preserve the integrity and security of its networks, services, or equipment and/or (iv) to ensure that the service received by the Subscriber is not affected by a minority of users generating high network demand (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods of time). In such circumstances or if the Subscriber does not use the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions and Epic’s policies, Epic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reduce the speed available to such Subscriber and take other appropriate measures.
2. In accordance with the “Roam Like At Home” Regulation, a fair usage policy applies on the volume of data the Subscriber can use for free while roaming within the EU, as per below:

The Subscriber has the option to continue using data at additional charges (roaming charges apply) if the specific facility has been activated at an epic store or by calling 136.
3. A fair usage policy applies for the Mobile Broadband 100 GB and Mobile Broadband 400 GB plan. The data volume that corresponds to each plan is 100GB for Mobile Broadband 100GB and 400GB for Mobile Broadband 400GB. After consumption of the applicable data volume:
a. the use of data continues without any extra charge at a reduced download/upload speed of 2Mbps for the remainder of the calendar month. The data speed reduction will have no impact on browsing, sending/receiving emails and using social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc.), downloading and updating apps, streaming music and videos in Standard definition (SD), but services demanding higher bandwidths (e.g. stream high-quality videos (HD), play online games) will probably be affected.
